Whats the cheapest way to replace the front struts on an SVT focus? I'm looking at rock auto's website, but I'm afraid to buy because they say that they are also able to be used in the other focuses i.e. zx3. Can anyone help? Thanks.

the OEM replacement struts for the svt will work the best, since they are an OEM part they arnt that expensive and it is exactly what was designed for the car. Also if you have an svt make sure you replace with the svt struts, the ZX3 struts wont work as well with the svt springs and it will wear the strut out much faster.
and FYI the suspensions for ALL foci 00-04 (exc. waggon) are all the same design, therefor an svt suspension will fit the SVT, ZX3, ZX5, and all sedan models.
