I have found an Instrument Cluster out of a ZX3 that has a tach(why I am changin). Now the new cluster has 135k on it. However my car only has 86k on it. I was wondering if there was any way to change it to 86,xxx the actual mileage of the car. I dont think that its illegal to do it like that is it? I am not deceiving any body I just want the odometer to read the actual miles of the Car,(Engine and Chassis)

Thanks

You could take it to the dealership and they can charge youa butt load for the change. Has of now thats the only way people have been able to change besides buying a cluster with closer milege to what you have and waiting for your car to reach that mileage.

If you do a simple google search you can learn the process of
changing the mileage
it can be done with certain instuments that one can purchase , some outfits will come to your door and do the job for a price and some outfits require you to send the cluster to to their workshop and return it to you
its all a matter of how much you're willing to pay
