I'm changing the front wheel bearings tomorrow. Anything in particular that's difficult with this job? Any tips? Looks like the ABS has a sensor on the bearing that may make it a bit more difficult than otherwise, but not too bad.

Make sure you torque the axle nut back down to the proper spec, I think its around 250 lb/ft but double check that.

Other than that, Its fairly easy if you are at all familiar with suspension and brakes.

Why was this moved?

Changing the wheel bearings isn't "technical"? I would think this section is more for upgrades to the Wheels, Tires, Brakes or suspension, not for doing routine maintenance. Whatever....

Anyway, don't bother doing this without a hydraulic press (I had access to one). I'm sure you could do it without one, but it would not be fun. Anyway, it was pretty easy. Then I found out the inner CV boot on the driver's side has broken! DOH! Once you get to 90K miles, shit starts to break I guess....
