I'm changing my rear brake pads. I've tried rotating the piston but it doesn't seem to move in or out. Is it correct that it has to be turned clockwise to move the piston in? How far should it be turned? I assume that it only turns a few degrees so that the little pin stays in the slot. Should I see the piston move while its turning?

Help appreciated.

yeah, crank it in clockwise..it might take a while but the piston should press back into the caliper...do you have that square caliper tool?

I posted first in the SVT forum and then posted here. First post was moved so I'm sorry for the double post. Anyway, all I needed to do was to keep turning and I got enough clearance.
