First of all I have an ORP and my rear 02 and evap are tuned out. If I run a tune turning them on, specifically the evap, will they become emissions ready?

I understand I will have a code due to the ORP, but will either at least say ready?

Thank you

here is how the evap monitor is set as pulled from https://www.motorcraftservice.com/vd...f/obdsm208.pdf

Evap monitor test. conditions required

Engine off (soak) time 6 hours
reach steady state cruise in 5 minutes to 30 minutes
Intake Air Temp 40° to 90°F
test takes 5 minutes
BARO (<8,000 ft altitude) 22.0 “ Hg
Engine Load 20% 70%
Vehicle Speed 40 mph 80 mph
Fuel Fill Level 15% 85%

Typical EVAP abort (fuel slosh) conditions for Phase 2:
Change in load: > 20%

Just to conclude, the tune i was running had the evap and rear 02 turned off, that's why the systems never reset. Had Tom turn them back on and it worked a few miles later. Cars registered and about ready to go. Thanks
