Hows it going i purchased a VIS Invador Carbon Fiber Hood Installed it on my car looks lined up perfect go to shut it the latch wont catch it...we even raised the hood latch up as high as we can and the hood still wont latch...its a brand new hood???

its goin to take a little bit of adjusting to get it to close properly... are you sure you installed all of the brackets and whatnot?

I had the same problem...
The only thing that worked for me was going to a aftermarket install/fabrication shop and have them cut the latch off the hood and then adjust the hood latch to were it is was able to latch correctly. VIS wasn't much help, it was like talking to a bunk of newbs...
