You reduced back-pressure in your exhaust system without tuning to compensate. There will be less power at lower RPM.
My advice would be to reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for a while, make sure your air filter is clean, clean the MAF, clean the throttle body, make sure your spark plugs are in good shape and gapped correctly.
