Ford Racing Stage 2 cams are a ver nice midrange cam. They work well on the focus with no grinding needed.

If you do go with these cams or any for that matter, many things on your focus will have to be modified. A tune is a must!

so the ones that im talking about are not just drop in cams like crower stg. 2?

you should always check the valve lash clearence , other than that your ok.[thumb]
a tune is a good idea i ran a little lean till i switched to my second tune. raise your idle too while your in the ecu.

Whoever told you that Crower 2's where dropins does not know what they are talking about. The FR 2 cams should drop in with setting just valve lash. I always check lobe to head clearance on all of our cam installs.
