Does anyone have there cams advanced a few degrees for more power? I am looking for a good starting place so when I am on the dyno we don't have to go through every possible degree combo.

every engine is different. mine happens to like 0,0....

the timing from factory isnt what you would call accurate. thats why some zetecs put out more power than others. like illinipo's car i think it has a zetec and it sounds like he is one of the lucky ones when it comes to timing.

I make max power ( with a turbo) at 12 advance on the intake and -4 on the exhaust (SVT with cam gears)

If you call a dynojet serious.......

but yes this was on the dyno at Focus Power
