I have the PZEV 2.3L Duratec, and my check engine light is on. I had bought a cheapo cold air intake, and when I had the codes read all 3 of my O2 sensors were throwing a code. I just upgraded to the FSWerks Cool-Flo and reset everything by pulling the battery cables and what not and the light came back on after about 2-3 miles of driving, had it read again and now bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 1 sensor 3 are throwing codes. Any idea as to how I MAY be able to fix this without replacing the sensors?

Make sure the MAF sensor is installed the correct way, if the middle tube for the CAI is upside down it will not read and you will have issues. If not you may have damaged the MAFsens

O2 sensor is located in your exhaust. They have nothing to do with the intake.

Make sure they didn't somehow come unplugged? The two lower ones plug into the harness at the rear of the engine in the center, to the driver's side of the valve cover, mounted on the transmission. The primary one (Bank 1 Sensor 1) plugs in on top of the valve cover, on the passenger side.

Well yeah I know they have nothing do with the intake but I find it ironic that I didn't have the problem until the day I installed my cold air intake. I'm tuning up the car tomorrow so I'll pull them and check em then. Will I be able to tell if they're bad by looking at them? I had a prob with my voltage regulator around the time when I put the intake in, too, my alternator was cranking out like 16+ volts, is it possible that the power blew the sensors?

It's more likely they're over-volting and tripping the CEL. My dad had an issue like this not too long ago in his Versa. Figured it out before changing the O2's.

Yes 16+ volts is bad for everything...

But no you can't tell just by looking at em.

I just borrowed a socket to take them out and check em, I'll try cleaning them off and see if that helps, any tips on how to make getting them out a little easier? It figures the two that are bad are the two that are hardest to reach :/
