It took them 2 hours to change my oil today. My car was sitting in line for half an hour. I told the guy who took my car I had my own oil and filter and pointed to it and he said, "ok." Well, after an hour and a half, the service rep told me it was done so I go to the cashier and quotes me at 31 and change. I told her it should be cheaper because I provided the parts. She checked it and it turns out the woman who changed my oil put motorcraft in. So they went back and put my oil in. I paid, and get in my car with more oil left over. I provided exactly 4.5qts and the filter, and there was a half a quart left. I checked the dipstick and the level sure enough was low. So cursing like a sailor, I filled it up in the parking lot of the dealership with a cop laughing as his cruiser was getting serviced. Anyone know of any good places to get an oil change in Montgomery/Bucks counties in PA? It looks like I may have to do it myself, but I gotta find a place to dispose of the oil.
