The Ford Etis page said the car was built on 2/9/11 but when I look at the plate inside the door it says 09/11 and I thought that meant Sept 2011?
Anyone know the difference? Thanks! Oh and hello to my fellow Focus owners!

That is Day 2 Month 09 year 2011. I think the US is the only country to use month/day/year.

Thanks! It was built near by birthday then. I don't have the mft so I don't have that to worry about... the transmission doesn't bother me too much... I traded in a 1994 Accord with 289,000 miles and the tranny was starting to shutter, so this is an upgrade...lol... in all seriousness I really am enjoying the ride. First new car in nearly 15 years as I bought the Accord used.
