Looks like grooves in the disc? I've seen that on several cars...

What do the break pads look like?
If the pads are shot so are the rotors.
A mild groove or grooves do form with chaep rotors and pads.
It just seems to be normal for them.
If you don't like it have them turned or just switch to a slotted rotor.

Ummmm, kay - grooves are completely normal dude. They are supposed to be there. If by some chance your rotors never developed grooves that would be bad, because it would mean that your brake pads were not actually making contact with the brake rotors. This would of course mean that you had no brakes, which you would probably notice. The grooves are a normal byproduct of the braking process - nothing to be concerned about, unless there are some that are extremely deep.

By "grooves" I'm assuming you mean what looks like hundreds of tiny, fine little scratches following the shape of the rotor. That's normal. Something wrong with the brakes or a foreign object stuck between the pad and the rotor would cause deep grooves, gouges really, and that would be bad.
