I have a 2003 Ford Focus ZTS with the 2.0L Zetec recently I just went out to grab food in the rain and when I pulled up my brake pedal hit the floor when I left it continued I still have brakes but it’s weaker i checked and I have fluid in my reservoir do you think it’s a bad brake master cylinder or air in my lines?

When the brake pedal goes to the floor then you either have a failing master cylinder, or a leak going to one of the wheels. That leak could be anywhere after the MC - in a steel line, in a rubber brake hose, or in a wheel cylinder/caliper. You need to inspect you vehicle carefully to see if you have a leak.
