Which do you think is the best kit to paint your calipers with:

-Duplicolor: Brush on/500 degrees F/$20+
-VHT: Spray on/900 degrees F/$14+
-G2: Brush on/950 degrees F/$38+ (2 part system w/activator)

I used duplicolor and I havent had a problem with it at all.

you will be fine with the duplicolor, many guys on here used it will no problems

I would say use the spray. It has a better clear coat look than the brush on...trust me I've painted mine 4 times...red, red spray, red and black and then finally black...lol

Theres no need to pay that kind of price when you can use engine paint thats cheaper. It looks just as good, plenty of color options also.

G2, then spray on, then Duplicolor

The Duplicolor kit is the worst of the bunch that I have used. G2 formed a nice hard finish that resisted brake fluid. The Duplicolor came right off at the slightest spill, and scratched really easily. I've seen rattle can paint jobs hold up better.

(And these were prepped properly. Dremeled smooth, degreased, and cleaned, on the bench)

yea, i did my drums on my old focus, with hi temp engine paint its the same stuff for the most part held up amazingly well and had alot more color options.
