Ok well while driving the abs and brake lights flash on and off. When checking scan tool it comes up with brake fluid low. The brake fluid is full. I can't find the schematic for the brake fluid sensor wiring anywhere. It not on any of my schematics like it dosen't exist. The voltage at the sensor keeps changing when testing with a multimeter. from 2-12 volts. something dosen't seem right there. I don't know if it comes from the abs module the ecm or what or what the voltage is supposed to be. I know the float is good

I tried searching but every one just says check your brake fluid .

Don't over look the small stuff, go to a bone yard and grab a new sensor/cap try it. Sensors go bad all the time and in my work I see people tearing engines apart for small fixes.

Never hurts to start with the cheap stuff first.

it's a $225 part and I tried it. I know the parts guy at ford he let me take it to the parking lot and try it. That would have been too easy.

blk/yel goes to instrument cluster which receives 12V from fuses 36, 41, 61. ('04 might be slightly different.)

Might want to check your parking brake switch.
