ok, I got bored (again), and I have been thinking about having blue dots on my car. I don't know why, but I wanted them. I had them on my old Foci, and I thought they might look good on theis one too....

here they are:

OFF:

Stealthy look......[:)]

ON:

Close shot:

Blue LED on steering column to remind me if they are on (So I don't get pulled over driving down the road with them on [thumb])

switch:

they are bright enough to see in the daytime...at night they should be BRIGHT [:)]

just something else I thought would look cool.........I have yet to test their robustness at high speed [hihi]....

just did this about 25 min ago.

lemme know what ya think people....I know crazymatt will like 'em [thumb]

Looks good.

What I think would look better....
3-6 LEDs mounted behind the grille on each side, but facing toward the center, to make the grille have a soft glow.

Otherwise, I still do like the idea, post up some nite pics.

well, $7 was a LOT cheaper, and I got the desired effect that I wanted from the ones I used......

5% static-cling limo tint from Wal-Mart on the turn signals in the grille, I cut ot out and it "clings on"......[thumb]

It just looks shiney from the angle of the shot.

the point of this was to make my car more unique, and have fun installing something on my car on a nice day, that's all. Just wanted to show what I did, that's all.

get a two purple ones, not like bright purple, but kind of a "mixed in" purple (think red and blue flashin at the same time, and make it to where they alternate between left and right at 1 second intervals when you're going over, say, 50 [:D]

sorry, i had to lol
