i'm thinking about changing my manual trans fluid, BG synchro shift II, that stuff is good right?

From what I've read, the specified ford synthetic manual transmission fluid is the best for the MTX75

well thats because its from ford and they say its the best.
i hear synchro shift is good stuff aswell. makes it shift like butter

Even the guys who rebuild them and don't work for ford recommend it.

the oil weight is 75w-90 that i need for my trans right?
what about 75w-80? or would that not work
