Why I bought through them: They had the cheapest prices anywhere online

What went wrong: They said they had the products I ordered in stock; they didn't. They said it would ship next day; it never shipped. When I called, customer support, they were less then happy to help; they don't even respond to emails. I canceled my order after a week of nothing getting done. They still haven't refunded my money. This going on for almost two weeks, I'm now going to call my bank on Monday and file for fraud.

Overall opinion: Lazy lying thieves

This is why when it comes to car audio online ... I will say it again and again and again. Crutchfield. You truelly do get what you paid for. Crutchfield may charge MSRP, but they're authorized to sell everything they carry, and they stand behind it and are big on customer support.
