who the hell is thinking about summer/track wheels when it's just barely winter [screwy]


Me, duh.

So has anyone inquired to them about custom offsets?
How much extra did they say it was, if it was extra?

Thinking about picking up 6 of the 15x8's; 4 for daily/road course (if I do that) and 2 for slicks). Looking at the pic's of them on the yellow car, which was the 4.75" backspacing, I don't want that much poke or to have to work my fenders that much. I'm thinking, W/O actually measuring, that a 5.25" backspace would fit much cleaner, with minimal fender roll/pull. But I want it to look kinda flush just so it looks like I'm filling the wheel wel more.

5.25 BS would be better but 5.5 is the best.

Got an email from Basset today.
On the lightweight D-Hole's they will not do any custom offsets.
I didn't inquire about the DOT wheels.

So looks like if I want them I'm going to have to do some serious massaging to the fenders ... yay.
