I just did the key cylinder in my focus and now I have to press the clutch a few time before it will turn over. Once the car is warm is will fire up when I press the clutch in once. Do I need a new neutral safety switch?

You can bypass the clutch safety switch by simply using a bent paper clip in the harness plug that goes to it as a constant "on". (insulate it from touching any metal of course)

If you don't have any trouble cranking that way, the safety switch is your trouble. (be careful not to start in gear of course)
