Hi , Is anyone having problems with there auto. When I'm driving and slow down when the auto drops from 2nd to 1st it has like a clunk feeling. We have taken it to ford and they say it is normal, please tell me thats not true, it is so frustrating to drive with it like that. Any answers?

try getting it serviced. Make sure they actually drop the pan and check out all of the bands, not just the cheesy recirculation method. A good local trnasmission shop would def be able to help u.

hmm yeah you can always have a shop check the solenoids
and if you throw a Check Engine Light (CEL) soon it will possibly be a solenoid just replaced my Solenoid "A" which is 3rd-4th gear
if you got the money have them do a full flush on the tranny and see if things improve
