I'm getting sick of my 6-disc 6006 CD player. It can't play MP3 CD's and burned CD's skip like crazy. I do, however, like the unit itself and would consider switching mine out for the 9006 if it plays MP3 CD's. Does anyone know if it does or not?

I saw a picture of one with PARTY on the display, so that leads me to believe it does play MP3 CD's. Thanks in advance.

^^^I tried the same thing with mine...nothing.

There is a single disk unit that does play MP3's, but I don't remember the number designation for it.
It's made by Blaupunkt.

6006 is what your looking for WD40..................As much as i wish it would it does NOT play MP3's

Well, that sucks. For some reason my dad won't let me put an aftermarket unit in my car, even though I'd be buying it. So weird.
