i keep getting a p1381 and p1383 code when i time my car. need a professional. help me i wont my car to run right again.

I can swing by in the am on sunday. We can give it a shot. I rebuilt my motor and know a thing or 2 lol. Unless u want to tow it to a shop and pay them $$$. Let me know
