I took my subs and amp out the other day to put my stress bar in put them back and they worked fine for a while. Power wire came disconnected so I tried to reconnect it it sparked and then they just don't work anymore. Changed both fuses. What else is there I could try

Check to see if you have power on the power wire,including fuse holder on the wire itself, if not, trace it to the batt. Make sure you have power on the wire. Check the fuse on the amp. If nothing there, check the fuse block that the radio is tied into. If nothing is found, you might want to check your amp out w/a multimeter to see if it is fried.

Usually this doing what you did will just blow a fuse. Hopefully the amp is still good.

ill have to check them all again tomorrow. do i have to like do anything with my headunit so that they work maybe?

You might have shorted the remote turn on lead. If it is connected to an aftermarket unit you may have damaged the remote output of the radio.
