ok so my car battery light comes on. i pull the code P1246 which is the alternator. now im wondering if it could cause my car to also not wanna pull or rev higher... the car makes normal power up to about 4000-4500 rpm then its like my car hits a wall or something. i dont know what it is. has anyone had this problem before? just trying to get any kind of answer
