I just did a sohc to dohc swap in my 01 focus se, and for some reason two alternators later the system is not charging. The battery is good I bench charged it to 13v which it maintained for the two weeks I took to do the project. The wire that goes from the alternator to the starter to the battery was replaced with some 4 gauge. I haven't tried full fielding it yet I'm hoping it's not the computer.
