I have an 07 focus 2.0L duratech. Just wondering if it is possible to remove the whole non servicable air filter setup and replace it with a cold air kit, but obviously leave the sensors in place. Just wondering if it can be done and still pass emissions?

yes

if you need to be CARB, which you don't, you have to go with the k&n FIPK kit

take some time and read the "red first" sections on top and also notice the search button please
