Has anyone out there attempted to put an aftermarket security/remote start on the 2012 SE? How much was it? Easy/Hard? Worth the money? Xpresskits.com doesnt even have the 2012 Focus up yet. Any help would be awesome.

I had Best Buy stick a Viper 5301 system on mine... I know mine's an '02... but I spent $299 on the kit and got free installation. I recommend going through them.

It even shows the interior temperature of your car right on the remote!

Hi, in the uk the alarm system is a Thatcham Cat 1 system, thus it is of the highest security, not sure what they have on the US SE Focus but any thief is more than likely want to steal your keys to have the car.
