Aftermarket Air filter install WITHOUT saw?
After doing some testing and researching about my car, I found that my air filter is clogged. I found that the replacement filter was wayyy too expensive. So after searching around the internet and this forum I found that I could do a mod on my MAF which I could add a K&N filter. That's all well and good, but I unfortunately don't posses the knowledge or even a saw to cut through the oem parts and don't want to screw anything up. My question is, is there some sort of adapter I can use to fit the K&N filter to the MAF instead of cutting through the pipes?

I have a 2005 Ford Focus with one of those awful "Lifetime" box air filters so unless I spend >$100 on a new filter that's all I can do.
