I was wandering if it would be possible to add a second alternator to my 2000 Ford Focus LX? Anyone with information regarding please respond. It will be very appreciated.

Well you'd have to find enough room for it under your hood, then you'd have to most likely make a custom mounting bracket to mount it to the serpentine belt system. A hassle, yes, but a good idea if running one massive sound system. And why is this in the Duratec Performance Chat?

Now what im wondering is, does your LX have a duratec? And if not, then why's this post in the duratec forum?

His LX does not have a duratec because it's an 00. The only way that an LX could have a duratec is if it was a late 03 or an 04.
