How do you take out the AC vents or covers of a Ford Focus, the round ones.??? Anyone?

The four air vents? Carefully grab, pull, and yank. They are just snapped in.

To the above, I would add squeeze the top toward the bottom a bit as you - um - grab, pull, and yank...

theres a tab on the top and bottom.. if you squeeze the top and bottom they pull right out without having to yank at all

Maybe you guys also know how to take out the top light of the front, I try but no luck either I'm afraid I will brake the cover if I pull to hard...

Ok I did figure it out, that plastic around the light had to screws in the inner part right after I took out the transparent part....got it! The triangular vents I can't take them out and they are very fragile cause they are old I'm afraid if I just press to hard I will brake them any ideas on this ones?

This is what I did guys I PlastiDip in black this pieces cause they were not a nice grey color anymore I think it looks better then before...thanks for all your help

Looks good , did you do any sanding or priming to get the surface prepared ?

No, this type of paint is like rubber you just spray and is very easy to do is mate though. The good thing about it s that if you don't like it you can just rubbed it off and back to your original color...love this stuff!
