So a few weeks back I was changing out my struts and shocks. While doing so I accidentally hit the ABS wire with a rubber mallet on the front passenger side. How hard is this to fix. Basically right now the light is on and the brake pedal has obviously lost alot of feedback.

its the just the coated wire right around the strut

the wire itself or a sensor....its the wire thats damaged.

how much and how hard is it to install?

It's as easy as unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one. The part should run you no more than $50 (I think I paid maybe $35 for one from Rock Auto)
