sounds about right. sounds nice my clutch on my 94 toyota truck(rip) was $1200

from what I know of clutch work (very little, if any), it's a pretty intensive procedure = $$$. Of course dealers are usually the least cost-effective place to get any body/labor work done, but in this case I don't think you could get it tons cheaper many other places... as long as they do good work of course, it's always better to pay to get something fixed once, than twice...

anything you get done at a stealership is a ripoff.
i'd get it done some place else, if they know what they're doing.

sounds about right to me. if you go someplace other than the dealer it may be cheaper, but be careful. the dealer may not be the cheapest, but i think it will get done right. i've seen some guys get ripped off at some ma and pop shops around here. ask around for a reputable place.

Yea.. what does this Nissan Sport have to do with replacing a clutch on your focus?
