Changed the discs and pads (all round) on my focus last weekend, only to find that the pedal is now really low and brakes right at the bottom of the stroke. Bled the system numerous times with no improvement (both pressure bleed and normal methods).

The pedal holds pressure with the engine off (pointing at master cylinder seals been o.k).
2 pumps on the pedal before breaking and the pedal is up top again.

Any advice or help appreciated as I am stumped!?!?

Garage recommends changing master cylinder as I may have pushed it past it's normal travel and damaged seals. After that then maybe the ABS unit (Haynes does say ford test equipment needed to bleed abs unit?).
