Hello everyone...My girlfriends 2008 ses is in need of snow tires.. I have a spare set of 225/55/16s... Are these alright to mount on her focus.. Any bad effects?? Thank you

Usually the rule of thumb for snow tires is skinny is better (if the car had come with 16" wheels it would be 205/50-16.) If the car is at a stock height they should fit with out rubbing though but i cant say with any certainty

So thats not ideal
