Q. Will 225/50/15 Tires fit on stock wheels?
A. Yes, they will and also if lowered 2 inches. There is a 1/2" of space between the inner sidewall and shocks. The only rubbing that may occur is in the front when a hard u-tun with the wheel all the way cranked to lock position
i just happen to be lowerd 2 inches! haha if this is true i could care less about going for 17"s!! haha i would run 225's over 17" rims any day!! i also hear there are carbon fiber tires that have a really stiffer sidewall. anybody hear this also? i saw a tire at discount tire store by my house. but i didnt know about it then.
