[Hoodstuck]

So I installed the intake but since the hood release cable was in the way I unhocked it but forgot to hock up.

I have skinny hands and was able to get my hand under (hurts like a *****) but I was only able to touch the lock and can't feel out the release. I know where the release is as I havr another Ford Focus but can't feel it out on my titanium.

Any advise ? I'm pretty good with DIY but prefer not to have to get under the car and remove the plastic parts

Long screwdriver could trigger it on older models when slid in at the right angle, with another to look at see what you can figure for access.

Bump! Any help ? Can it be easily done from underneath car? Like when you do a oil change you take off plastic parts. Can you reach to it with those plastic parts off? Thx
