I got a new focus and the only thing that seemed someone tried draining the oil without taking the protector off so the felt is sagging and it seems that its missing some screws for it too. is this a cheap fix at the dealer or should I expect heavy costs?

The felt will sag and get limp just from being wet. The fact it is screwed up to the underside keeps it in shape.
If several screws are missing and it is wet, it will sag a lot.
It also can be washed rather easily.
So if it had oil on it, you can wash it off.
Then let it dry laying on the ground.
There are two 'tabs' under the car the felt sits on to toward the back. If those are not set in place in the felt, it sags even worse.
So I think your felt can be rescued, instead of replaced.
The screws are cheap enough.

OK, do you know what sub group that part belongs to?? I've looked all over that site and can't find which section the parts breakdown picture belongs to. I'm trying to find out if they have the plastic clips that the shield screws thread into.

I just got a new to me used 2013 ford focus. The only faults it has, that I know of are it is missing the felt body pan and 2 of the active radiator shutters are missing, looks like they took a hit from a rock on the highway.
I would like to replace the body pan to keep salt and stuff out of the engine. I was thinking about just getting a piece of sheet aluminum and cut to fit, but this is easier.

Well he said two grill shutters and the under tray were gone. Unless he's totally sure that he had contact with a rock or something they may replace it.
