I'm putting up for sale my 2012 SE Hatch 5 Speed. SOLD

Oxford White with 159 K miles. The car has been well maintained and treated as you can see in the photos.
This has been a great car. My new ride was an impulse buy, I had planned to keep driving her so all the maintenance has been done.
I am the second owner, I bought her the day the Giants won the World Series in 2012. She had 12K miles on the clock. No accidents, clean title.

-All recall work including locks and fuel vent have been done.
-Radiator replaced about 40K ago.
-Steering rack replaced about 40K ago.
-Plugs changed 20K ago.
-New passenger engine mount 10K ago.
-New Interstate battery about 20K ago.
-Trans fluid just changed.
-Oil just changed (Mobil-1 5-30) and valves cleaned (CRC done every oil change).
-Freshly polished and waxed.

Mods and accessories as follows....

ENGINE
180* T-Stat
RS Intake (not in photos, currently has stock lid on.)
AEM DryFlow filter and new OEM filter.
eFocus RMM
FSWerks Stealth exhaust
SCT X4 and Tom's Tune. (91 octane tune and 1500 rpm idle for valve cleaning).

SUSPENSION
STEEDA Rear Sway Bar (Brand new, old one broke)
STEEDA Rear Shock Tower brace

EXTERIOR
Bright Headlight Bulbs (Sylvannia Ultras IIRC)
Nokia 80W Hyper Yellow Fogs
Super Bright LED back up bulbs
OEM Splash Guards
TINT 50% front, 30% rear.
MOTEGI MR107 wheels (no curb rash but the clear coat is flaking off).
Continental Pure Contact (plenty of life left, rotated regularly).
Bottle of touch up paint.

INTERIOR
OEM Roll Up Sun Shade.
All Weather mats. Maxpider 3D Front, OEM Rear
Radio just repaired (Had the static issue) by a company in L.A.- 6 month warranty.

I'm posting here first in hopes a fellow enthusiast will pick her up but I will eventually post online elsewhere. You won't find one as clean or well treated. I can provide more photos but can only post 10.
Update, windshield just took a rock, appt to repair it this week.[mecry]

Nice looking car. Just one question about the 1500 RPM idle for valve cleaning using Tom's tune. Is there some way you engage this only when you want to do the cleaning or does it always idle at 1500?

Tom gave me a custom tune that idles at 1500 rpm so I can clean the valves by myself (don't need someone to hold the revs up while cleaning). I flash it with the tune, clean the valves, flash back to the regular custom tune afterwards.

I'd buy that if it were closer. That would be a haul for me.

Mine is cleaner. [nutkick] j/k

Glad you sold it and what did you get for it?

Curious in case I have to let mine go and I only have 47,000 on mine and has the sport package with ST1 seats and rear discs. I was offered $8000 from a co-worker but I like the rarity of it and said no.
