2012 Focus-Plastic Hood deflector shield "official Ford Accessory"

Has anyone bought & installed one of these yet ? $90 from Ford

I'm interested, the website says easy installation, but
if it is just adhesive sticky stuff holding it on,,,I'll pass..
or is it held in with screws ?
