Does anyone know if the Ti-VCT in the new Focus has a balance shaft? I'm assuming it does since it's essentially a Duratec with some modifications.

Probably not since it's still basically just the D20 with direct port injection and VCT (new head in other words), and the 2.0L never had the balance shafts.
