I'm having problems with bogging down and ran a fuel pressure test myself. Pressure was reading around 58PSI even when it bogs down, but if I turn off the car the pressure drops to around 25PSI within 60 seconds or so. Can anyone confirm that I need to replace my fuel pump based on this? Is there a check valve built into the pump that could cause this? I'm wondering if just because my fuel pressure is good, that the volume of fuel isn't there due to it. The gauge goes down to around 50PSI instantly when I shut the car off, and slowly goes down to around 25PSI within the minute. Maybe lower over longer time, not sure.

In short, I need to know if the car should hold the fuel pressure longer than a minute or two after shutting off the car.

Please help!
