Hello everyone! My co worker has a 2007 5 speed that has a large amount of slop left to right and right to left. We took the boot off to find this bushing cracked and broken. I can't find the part to save my life! Anyone else have this same issue? Any solutions? Was thinking about having a part 3d printed and pressing it on.

This thread looks helpful. Ford did not offer a service bushing. The 3d printing would be a good idea. Use 100% infill. https://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/general-technical-chat/683217-2005-zx4-st-loose-shifter-2.html#/topics/683217?page=2
Thank you for the link! It helped a lot! After digging out a piece of the bushing that fell down into the center console it feels flexible so a solid plastic 3d print might not work. I was thinking maybe a piece of fuel line/heater hose smothered in some grease might do the job! We plan on trying this out this weekend.
