is there a way to get rear seat headrests?

Moved to the MkI interior section to match your model year.

Don't know of any way to do this offhand.

I looked up my wagon on the Ford ETIS website and it says that mine was bout without rear head rests. Looking at my seats, there are no holes for them to insert. If you found a wagon in a yard with head rests you would probably have to buy the seat backs and swap them in.
