The norm is replacement of the part. Aluminum and can be difficult to fix. Depends on if hole is out and away from side manifold that feeds it. Like a routine 300+ psi there and no glue or epoxy will hold that under the heat in summer. Maybe possible heliarc weld or low temp aluminum brazing but both are troublesome to get right and hold that pressure. The part was brazed to make it but the process brazes the ENTIRE part at one time by dipping in the flux, simply heating one area to get a braze often fails other spots next to it as the heat is not evenly done all over like the original work.

Check out any local radiator repair shops, they should have a line on that...........
