Blew the metal brake line last night right on that little section of line that attaches to the rear brake drum.

I can't for the life of me figure out how that attaches to the back of the drum. I thought there would be a nut, but I brush things with a wire brush to get the crap off and see what size wrench goes on there and there doesn't seem to be a nut at all.

How does that metal brake line attach at the drum?

It looks like I really need to be searching for how to replace the wheel cylinders too, I guess there was a nut but it fell apart.

Might end up needing a cyl. if you can't get the line loose.

Vise grips are your friend when rust or other damage rounds off a nut. Use penetrating oil where it goes into the brake cyl. then see what you can do with those.

Line/nut is a throw away now, you're just trying to get it apart to save dealing with the cylinder.

See if the bleeder will come loose first, if you can't get that the cyl. is needed anyways.
