Back with the Low Mileage 2003 Calif 2.3 Focus SE now with 49,000 miles. Question, Do I have to turn the rear Drums. They have no grooves or Marks because I still have some Brake Material Left. My Manual says I can Reuse the Rear Axle Nuts up to 2 times before they need Replacing. Yes, No?. On a 17 year old Car is it time to replace all the Brake Hoses. Should the drum brake wheel cylinders be Replaced even though there dry?
Thank You again for all the Help, Roger, Vista, Ca

Wheel cylinders should be fine. Axle nut reuse. Reassemble the brakes. Dont turn drums. Brake shoes are good too. Usually last 150k.

I agree with pbfoot - I would not replace anything that is not 'broken'. I would check that the parking/emergency brake links are not seized which is very common. The links look like this:
306540

You want to be certain that the triangular part can rotate/pivot on its pin freely.

Good luck
