Safety Alert warning light on '02 Wagon appeared and then the car sputtered and stalled. Pulled over and started the car again no problem and then 2 other warning lights (ones right below speedometer) appeared. Anyone ever see this?

"Safety Alert warning light" - Check Engine Light or multi function warning light?
"Two other warning lights" - Not enough detail. The warning lights are clearly marked. Check your owner's manual. Gauge clusters fitted to the Focus vary with engine and transmission options.
Battery and oil pressure warning lights perhaps? That's normal for them to come on when the engine stalls as you have no charging current and no oil pressure when the engine isn't turning over.
