What are you doing to your car? I've recently almost a year ago picked up a 2002 ZX5 with 205k+ on it with the 5 speed manual and it appears to be running pretty good for that old and that many miles on it. CHANGE THE OIL, SO IMPORTANT and learn how to use a clutch PROPERLY. I had a 1985 VW Cabriolet back in 1995 with 100k miles. Kept it till 2010 with the odometer saying 196k miles (it quit working, drove it for at least 5-6 years after that with the SAME CLUTCH) they will last that long if you know how to PROPERLY USE THEM. MANUAL TRANSMISSION is the way to go (cheaper to fix, better mileage, performance and more durable). I need to get my 1997 Cabrio back on the road (it manual transmission and windows) which I like VERY MUCH, less to go WRONG.
